Sistem Informasi Manajemen Produksi Menggunakan Metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Dan Full Costing Pada Pabrik Bakso Rayhan

Abstract

At the Rayhan Meatball Factory, workers currently record raw material inventory and calculate production costs manually using logbooks. This practice carries risks such as data loss and clerical errors, and lacks a standardized method for determining raw material order quantities or the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM). This study employs the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method for inventory management and the Full Costing method to determine production costs. A quantitative research approach was adopted The Waterfall model is a process that has different steps, including looking at what the system needs, designing the system, building it, and checking if it works properly. Integrating the EOQ method into the system facilitates recommendations regarding optimal order quantities and appropriate ordering frequencies. Meanwhile, The Full Costing method is used to figure out the cost of each unit of goods produced by automatically accounting for all production cost components. The developed Laravel and MySQL-based system successfully automates inventory procurement and production cost calculations while generating clear reports, thereby enabling the owner to manage inventory and product manufacturing costs more effectively.
