Implementasi Metode Analitycal Hierarchy Processs (AHP) – Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk Pemberian Kredit di Koperasi Mandiri

Abstract

This paper presents the development of a web-based information system to improve the credit eligibility assessment process at Koperasi Mandiri. The existing manual assessment process has several limitations, including low efficiency, a high risk of calculation errors, and subjective decision-making. The system was developed using the Waterfall software development methodology. Furthermore, the Analytical Hierarchy Process was employed to determine the weights of the evaluation criteria, while the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution was applied to rank the alternatives and determine credit eligibility based on the preference value of each alternative. The assessment was conducted using four criteria: membership duration, basic salary, number of dependents, and loan amount. The proposed system evaluated 18 loan applicants using these four assessment criteria. The AHP consistency ratio was 0.0218, indicating acceptable consistency, while TOPSIS successfully ranked all alternatives, with A12 obtaining the highest preference score (0.7693). System functionality was evaluated using Black Box Testing, while White Box Testing was performed to verify the program logic. The results demonstrate that the developed web-based AHP-TOPSIS application is capable of performing computerized, objective, and valid credit eligibility assessments. In addition, the system achieved a 100% success rate in logical testing, indicating its effectiveness in improving operational efficiency and enhancing data transparency at Koperasi Mandiri.
