Aplikasi Donasi dan Kebutuhan Panti Asuhan Al-Fajar Desa Dompas Berbasis Web dengan Metode Scrum

Donation management at Al-Fajar Orphanage in Dompas Village is still carried out manually using record books, causing risks of data loss, recording errors, and low transparency in reporting to donors. This study aims to design and develop a web-based donation and needs management application using the Scrum method to improve the effectiveness of data management and service quality for donors. The system was developed through five iterative sprints covering user authentication, admin and donor dashboards, orphanage needs management, donation management, and donation reporting, built with PHP, Laravel, and MySQL. The system was evaluated using Black Box Testing to verify functional correctness and a System Usability Scale (SUS) survey involving 30 respondents to measure usability. Black Box Testing results show that all core modules function according to specification. The SUS evaluation produced an average score of 86.41, categorized as Acceptable with an Excellent adjective rating, indicating that the application interface is easy to understand and efficient to use. These results demonstrate that Scrum is effective for iteratively developing a donation management system that meets user needs.
