Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Rental Motor Milti-Tenant Berbasis Topsis dan Pencarian Spasial

The surge in tourism in Denpasar and Badung has significantly increased the demand for motorcycle rentals. However, fragmented data management complicates operations and confuses tourists in selecting the best unit. This study aims to develop a multi-tenant Decision Support System (DSS) to provide centralized and objective recommendations. The system leverages the ST_Distance_Sphere spatial query to filter vehicles based on the nearest geographic radius. These alternatives are then ranked using the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) based on rental price, release year, engine capacity, and physical condition. The evaluation involved 70 vehicle alternatives from 6 rental partners. Mathematical validation results demonstrated that the TOPSIS computational consistency reached 100%. Black Box testing confirmed the system functions validly without errors, and the User Acceptance Test (UAT) recorded an acceptance rate of 95.45%. This integrated system is proven effective in facilitating tourists to make precise decision-making.
