Abstract

The Profile Matching method is a solution to help determine the best Wheat Flour Brand according. The Profile Matching process, broadly speaking, is a process of comparing individual competencies into job competencies so that differences in competencies are known (also called gaps). The smaller the resulting gap, the greater the value weight, which means it has a greater chance of occupying that position. Because the many types of Wheat Flour Brands make it possible to choose the type, nature, and quality of the Wheat Flour Brand as desired and also in accordance with purchasing power. By recognizing the physical characteristics of a high-quality Wheat Flour Brand, we can actually distinguish a good Wheat Flour Brand from its ordinary quality, namely from the shape of the texture, color, and protein. A good brand of Wheat Flour usually has a high protein content. In addition, we can judge the quality of the Wheat Flour Brand from the presentation, whether it is clean or not.
