The information systems profession holds a highly strategic role amid the ongoing digital transformation that shows no sign of slowing down. Every line of code written, every system designed, and every data policy decided by professionals in this field has the potential to directly touch the lives of millions. Yet behind this great authority, questions about the extent to which social responsibility is genuinely practiced remain frequently overlooked in both academic discourse and real-world practice. This study aims to systematically examine how social responsibility is understood and realized by information systems professionals while identifying the professional ethics values that underpin it in the digital age. The method employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), analyzing 12 selected scientific articles published between 2021 and 2025 from various accredited journals. The study formulates a new conceptual framework named the TSR-SI Framework (Tanggung Jawab Sosial Profesi Sistem Informasi), consisting of three main pillars: Data Responsibility, Technology Equity, and Ethical Innovation. The review finds that the most significant gap in existing research is the lack of integration among these three dimensions within a single coherent framework, particularly in the context of the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27/2022) and the increasingly massive adoption of artificial intelligence in Indonesia.
