ANALISIS PENGARUH PROGRAM SIMPAN PINJAM PNPM MANDIRI PERDESAAN TERHADAP PRODUKSI DAN PENDAPATAN KELOMPOK IBU TANI PADI SAWAH

Studi Kasus: Desa Pangguran Kecamatan Sumbul Kabupaten Dairi

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there was an effect of Program Simpan Pinjam PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan which given to farmer mothers concerning to increased production and income for rice farming in Pangguran Village, Subdistrict Sumbul, Dairi. The sample of study consisted of 30 samples which selected by stratified random sampling. Data analysis was performed in simple tabulation, regression analysis and analysis of different test average. The results showed, that after obtaining this program, there was an increase in the provision of agricultural inputs whose made by rice farmers, for urea-based fertilizer increased by 44,68 kg ; TSP 23,23 kg ; RJ 27,13 kg dan SS 24,6 kg per hectare. From the results of simple regression analysis, there was no effect from this program due to increase rice production and farmers income.  From the results of different test average to production, there was a difference of production number before and after implemented this program, and for the income there was no real difference between the net income of rice farmers before and after this  program.
