Abstract

Productivity improvement in the level of resources that can be transferred into a product that can be produced and marketed the company is the main point in determining the business profits of the company. It required the ways that can provide a stimulus for the full complexity of human behavior both individually and in group life. This study aims to (1) identify the relationship of work motivation to work productivity, and (2) Identify the relationship of physical work environment and social working environment on work motivation and productivity. With analisisi SEM, obtained work motivation variable factors directly influence the productivity of labor. Physical work environment directly affect the work motivation, and the indirect effect on productivity through work motivation. For the working environment in terms of social, direct effect on work motivation, and indirect effect on productivity through work motivation.
