The data were analyzed using univariate analysis and presented in the frequency distribution table to find out the distribution of Caesarean Section patients. The distribution of Caesarean Section patients at HorasInsani Hospital, PematangSiantar was that 196 respondents (45.7%) had Maternal Care for Malpresentation of Fetus Unspecified; 140 respondents (32.6%) had Placenta Previa Specified As without Hemorrhage, 20 respondents (4.7%) had Placenta Previa with Hemorrage, 12 respondents (2.8%) had Premature of Membranes Unspecified, 8 respondents (1.9%) had Twin Pregnancy, 7 respondents (1.6%) had Severe Preeclampsia, 6 respondents (1.4%) had Prolonged Pregnancy, and the remainder 40 respondents (9.3%) had other cases.
