KARAKTERISTIK PENDERITA DERMATITIS KONTAK RAWAT JALAN DI RUMAH SAKIT PUTRI HIJAU TINGKAT II KESDAM I/BUKIT BARISAN MEDAN TAHUN 2015

Abstrak

Background : Contact dermatitis is a dermatitis caused by substance attached to the skin. Contact dermatitis
is classified into 2 part, ie. Irritant contact dermatitis (DKI) as non immunologic response and allergy contact
dermatitis (DKA) that caused by immunologic mechanism, hypersensitivity type IV reaction.
Methods : this research is a descriptive study by total sampling design. The population is all of outpatient
with contact dermatitis at general hospital of Putri Hijau Tingkat II Kesdam I/Bukit Barisan Medan of 2015
for 71 patient. The sample is all of population. The data was analyzed manually.
Results :  The result of research indicates that the distribution of patient with contact dermatitis based on
age, it indicates that more of patient in 2015 have age range in 17 – 25 uyars old for 17 patients (23.956%).
Based on gener, more of the patient are female for 52 patient (73.24%).
Conclusion : Based on occupation, more of them are housewife for 16 patient (22.54%) and localization of
rash is palm for 11 patients (15.48%).
