Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penjualan Roti pada Toko Javaco Berbasis Web

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has impacted various sectors, including the food industry. Javaco Bakery, a culinary business in Dairi Regency, North Sumatra, still uses a manual sales and transaction recording system, which can lead to errors, inefficiencies, and limitations in customer reach. This research aims to design and implement a web-based sales information system as a solution to automate the sales process, simplify online ordering and payment, and provide accurate and timely sales reports. With this system, Javaco Bakery is expected to improve operational efficiency, expand market reach, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen its competitiveness amidst increasingly fierce business competition.
