Analisis dan Perancangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Operasional pada PT. SiCepat Ekspres

Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant impact on the logistics services industry in improving operational efficiency and the quality of decision-making. This report presents the results of the analysis and design of an operational management information system at PT SiCepat Ekspres, a national-scale delivery company. Based on observations during the internship, it was found that the existing system still faces obstacles in the form of operational data that is not yet integrated between departments, a less than optimal monitoring process, and reporting that is not yet available in real time. This condition has the potential to cause delays in information for company management.
