Analisis Usabily E-Simpati di Puskesmas Kecamatan Sumedang Selatan dengan Pendekatan System Usabilty Scale (SUS)

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged healthcare service institutions to utilize digital systems in order to improve the quality and efficiency of services. One form of this technological implementation is the use of the e-Simpati application at Sumedang Selatan District Health Center as a supporting tool for healthcare services. To ensure the application can be used optimally, an evaluation of its ease of use or usability is required. This study aims to analyze the usability level of the e-Simpati application at the Sumedang Selatan District Health Center using the System Usability Scale (SUS) approach. The research method employed in this study is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of a SUS questionnaire consisting of 10 statements to respondents who are users of the e-Simpati application, including health center staff and healthcare service users. The collected data were then processed using the SUS scoring method to obtain an overall usability score. Furthermore, the results were analyzed based on the acceptability range, grade scale, and adjective rating categories. The results of the study indicate that the e-Simpati application achieved a SUS score that falls within the good and acceptable category.
