PENTINGNYA INTEGRITAS GEMBALA SIDANG DAN PEMELIHARAAN RELASI ANTAR GENERASI SEBAGAI WUJUD BROTHERHOOD DALAM MENDUKUNG PERTUMBUHAN GEREJA

Abstrak

This article aims to examine the importance of personal integrity of the pastor, integrity in relationships with family and social integrity in society and maintaining relationships between generations including the Baby Boomer Generation, X generation, Y generation or Millennials, Z generation and the Post Gen Z or Alpha generation. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using library research. The results of this research explain that the integrity of a congregational pastor is very important in supporting church growth, as well as maintaining intergenerational relationships where each generation has unique characteristics that determine the communication processes that occur in different contexts. Differences between generations also often cause problems, because each generation is bound by certain ideal values which may very well differ from each other, which makes generational differences always a topic of discussion in society.
