Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Tingkat Kejadian Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut (Ispa) pada Balita Umur 1 – 5 Tahun

Background : Acute respiratory infections (ARI) are a common disease of children. Acute respiratory infections especially pneumonia are still public health problems in Indonesia, mainly in toddlers, which are a cause of the most frequent deaths in children in ARI cases. Infections may be caused by bacteria, viruses or fungi, as well as by accidents caused by exposure to fluids or chemicals.
Objective : To find out factors that affect the incidence of acute respiratory infections in five-year-olds based on gender, birth weight, age, maternal education and parental status.
Method : This study is research on library research, a series of studies relating to library data collection, or research that research objects have been unearthed through a wide range of library information.
Conclusion : There is a corellation of gender, birth weight, age, maternal education and parental smoking status with the ispa in toddlers.
