Abstract

The immunity that a person obtains through immunization is active immunity, so that if they are exposed to a disease they will only experience mild illness. According to the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2017 concerning the Implementation of Immunization, it is explained that Indonesia is currently facing two health problems which are becoming a double burden, namely the emergence of infectious diseases and non-communicable diseases. Indicators of the success of the immunization program can be seen from complete basic immunization coverage, Universal Child Immunization (UCI) village coverage, namely 80% of babies less than one year old have received five complete basic immunizations such as Hepatitis B, BCG, DPT-HB, Polio and Measles. Aim : To determine the relationship between maternal perceptions, attitudes and knowledge and basic immunization equipment for babies. Method: This type of research uses cross sectional method. Results: The chi square statistical test obtained a p value <0.05 for each variable, namely mother's perception, attitude and knowledge. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between completeness of basic immunization and maternal perceptions, attitudes and knowledge
