GAMBARAN KUALITAS VISUM ET REPERTUM PERLUKAAN DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH DR. PIRNGADI KOTA MEDAN PERIODE 01 JANUARI - 30 JUNI 2022

Abstract

Background: VeR is a statement made by a doctor at a written request from an investigator regarding a medical examination of a person whether alive, dead or part of the human body made under oath for the benefit of justice. In general, there are two types of VeR, namely VeR for living victims and VeR for dead people. One of the VeR in living victims is the injury VeR. VeR can be used in court in an effort to support law and justice in deciding a lawsuit. To uphold the law of justice, good quality VeR is needed.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to find out the quality description of Visum et Repertum injuries in RSUD Dr. Pirngadi City of Medan Period 01 January – 30 June 2022.

Research method: This study used a descriptive method with a retrospective approach to the data on Visum et Repertum injuries at RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan Period 01 January – 30 June 2022.

Results: VeR quality of injuries in RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan for the period January 01 - June 30 2022 the introductory section is worth 100% which means good quality, the news section is worth 66.5% which means medium quality, the news section is worth 84% which means good quality.

Conclusion: VeR quality of injuries in RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan for the period January 01 - June 30 2022 as a whole is of good quality 78.8%.
