ANALISIS SENTIMEN TERHADAP OPINI PRODUKSI KENDARAAN ESEMKA DI TWITTER MENGGUNAKAN METODE FUZZY C - MEANS

Abstract

Indonesia has a vehicle made by its own manufacturer, the Esemka car, which was inaugurated by the 7th president of Indonesia, Mr President Joko Widodo on 6 September 2019. Currently, the presence of Esemka cars has many negative and positive opinions. The Indonesian people are asking about the sales of Esemka Cars in Indonesia. In conducting this analytical research, trying to understand the various opinions and sentiments of the Indonesian people towards Esemka Cars. The purpose of this research is to support the presence of esemka car sales and contribute to the economy in Indonesia. sentiment analysis of Twitter comments in the analysis using Fuzzy C-Means and TF-IDF methods to give weight to each word in Twitter comments related to Esemka Cars. As a query using the word "Esemka Car" to get comment data about Esemka cars on Twitter using rapidminer. The method used is Fuzzy C-Means to calculate sentiment analysis in each comment in Excel and categorise it as negative, neutral, or positive. The results of sentiment analysis with the C-Means method show that about 40% of sentiments are negative, 29% of sentiments are neutral, and 31% of sentiments are positive. With these results, it is hoped that this research can provide benefits to the Esemka car company which is very useful on how the views of the Indonesian people give sentiments towards Esemka Cars.
