Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of leadership, organizational culture, and job stress on employee performance. The population in this research were all employees totaling 157.  Sampling techniques  using the slovin formula and obtained as many as 112 employees.  Variable in  this research consisting leadership, organizational culture, job stress and employee performance. Data collection methods used were questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The results showed that  simultaneously  leadership, organizational culture and job stress have a positive effect on employees performance  is    65.5  %. Partially,  leadership, organizational culture variables  have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while job stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance.
