Abstract

The Bahsidua dua village office is a government office in charge of serving the community, especially in correspondence administration services. The types of letters include business letters, death letters, wrong name letters, unmarried letters, good behavior letters and transfer application letters. In administrative services in the village of Bahsidua dua, residents still experience difficulties, such as what requirements must be brought when submitting the letter, in this case residents must come to the village office to ask what letter requirements must be completed, if the letter requirements are not complete then residents have to go back and forth-turn back to complete the requirements for the letter, where the Bahsidua dua village office only operates from 08.30-16.00 WIB. In this problem, a web-based information system for administrative services in Bahsidua dua village is needed which is equipped with a database, so that it can facilitate village officials and residents in administrative services. The results of the research that has been carried out, as well as the information system that has been built, is to assist village officials in providing administrative services to residents.
