The purpose of this study is to develop an Android-based assessment application to make it easier for teachers and provide direct access to student scores. The method used is Waterfall, through the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Data were obtained through interviews and literature reviews. The application is equipped with login features, value input, and value access. Testing was carried out using black box and usability testing with 20 respondents. The results showed that all application functions run as expected with user satisfaction of 93.37%. One of the missions of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk KCP Pulo Brayan is to understand customer needs and provide support services to achieve optimal levels of customer satisfaction. The assessment of the level of customer satisfaction of each branch is carried out by the head office by conducting random telephone calls to customers who transact at KCP Pulo Brayan. The weakness of the assessment system is the lack of transparency of the results of customer satisfaction assessments conducted by the head office to the KCP Pulo Brayan office. KCP Pulo Brayan is still not optimal in service evaluation so that the evaluation results from customer assessments are still considered very lacking by the head office. To overcome this problem, PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk KCP Pulo Brayan requires a system to determine the level of customer satisfaction. The system developed uses a questionnaire filled out by customers with Android devices. Providing appropriate treatment is crucial to prevent further impact on the quality of life of OCD sufferers. Unfortunately, initial diagnosis is often hampered by time constraints and difficult access to doctors or specialists. Therefore, researchers recommend a PHP-based expert system using the Certainty Factor method. This system mimics the way doctors think when diagnosing OCD, based on symptoms selected by the user. The Certainty Factor is used to calculate the certainty of the diagnosis based on the entered symptoms. The analysis shows that this system is capable of diagnosing with high accuracy, even reaching 100% in some OCD cases. Mutiara Inti Persada is a company operating in the field of labor distribution services with the vision of providing and managing human resources professionally. However, employee recruitment and placement processes that are still carried out manually are often inefficient, lack objectivity, and face challenges in matching applicant profiles with the needs of partner companies. To overcome this problem, this research aims to design a web-based e-recruitment and employee placement application using the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method. The PSI method is applied to provide an objective assessment of applicants based on predetermined criteria, such as work experience, education, and skills. The system developed is also equipped with an employee placement feature designed to optimally match applicant profiles with the needs of partner companies. This research uses data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation to understand company needs, as well as a system development method using the Waterfall model. This study aims to analyze the prioritization of disease types using the Weighted Product (WP) method as a decision support approach. Data were obtained through interviews with the practitioner (Babe) and observations of patient records covering seven disease types: uric acid, rheumatism, hypertension, pinched nerves, stomach acid, vertigo, and GERD. The criteria considered include visit frequency, severity level, therapy duration, and therapy cost. Each criterion was given a specific weight based on its level of importance. The calculation results using the WP method show that uric acid (gout) ranks highest, indicating it should receive priority treatment due to its potential to cause kidney complications. Panjang Island, which is geographically located in the waters of Banten Bay, is a potential area for supporting sustainable tuna production. Market demand for this fish continues to grow, yet the lack of precise fishing zone data hampers resource optimization. The WebGIS system was developed to provide potential information on fishing zones for tuna around Panjang Island. Oceanographic data such as sea surface temperature and chlorophyll-a concentration were utilized to predict high-probability areas. This system features GPS-based augmented reality to guide fishers in real time to their targeted locations. Interactive and accurate information presentation facilitates decision-making for fishers. It consists of several components that are designed and connected to electricity and the internet. On the smartphone, users must download Blynk as a remote control for the automatic feeder. Through the Blynk app, users can automatically schedule feeding times for their pets. In the process of determining the quality of synthetic leather suitable for export, the company faces problems at the decision-making stage which is still done manually, thus potentially causing delays, subjectivity, and inaccuracy in the assessment results. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that is able to assist the evaluation process more quickly, accurately, and objectively. This study aims to design and build a web-based decision support system by applying the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The SAW method was chosen because it has a simple, structured calculation process and is able to provide objective assessment results for each evaluated alternative and can rank alternatives based on predetermined criteria such as material durability, color, texture, elasticity and conformity to export standards. This system allows users to input assessment data, then the calculation results are displayed in the form of a ranking so that it can facilitate the company in determining synthetic leather products that are suitable for export. The implementation results show that this web-based decision support system is able to process data quickly and produce more objective recommendations than the manual process. With this system, the process of selecting synthetic leather suitable for export at PT. AFUK Service Workshop often encounters difficulties in deciding which type of engine damage should be repaired first, as each damage type has different frequencies, severity levels, repair durations, and costs. This study aims to determine the priority level of car engine damage using the Weighted Product (WP) method. The four criteria used include damage frequency, severity level, repair duration, and repair cost, with respective weights of 0.5, 0.2, 0.2, and 0.1. The research data were obtained through direct interviews with mechanics at the AFUK Service Workshop. Based on the analysis using the WP method, the results produced an ordered priority of engine damage types that represent the most dominant issues to be addressed first. Several issues frequently arise, including the manual ordering of cleaning services, often done offline or directly with the admin. To address these issues, this study developed an Android-based cleaning service ordering application using the Apriori Algorithm. The algorithm was implemented to simplify Android-based cleaning service ordering and generate more efficient cleaning service order reporting. The Servqual method is employed to measure the gap between customer expectations and perceptions of the services provided by the pharmacy based on five main dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. This research applies a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to customers of Wong Kito Pharmacy. The results show that several service dimensions have negative gap values, indicating that the services received by customers are still below their expectations. The dimension with the largest gap is responsiveness, while the best-performing dimension is assurance. Overall, the level of customer satisfaction with the services at Wong Kito Pharmacy is categorized as fairly satisfied; however, improvements are still needed, particularly in the speed and responsiveness of employees in serving customers. The abundance of user reviews on digital platforms provides valuable data for analysis using text mining and natural language processing (NLP) approaches. Sentiment analysis is applied to classify user opinions into positive, negative, and neutral categories, offering insights into player satisfaction and perceptions of game quality. This study compares the performance of three classification algorithms, Naïve Bayes (NB), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), in analyzing sentiment from Mobile Legends user reviews on the Google Play Store. A total of 5,000 reviews were collected using the web scraping technique and processed through the Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) framework, which includes cleaning, case folding, tokenization, normalization, and stopword removal. Sentiment labeling was performed using a lexicon-based approach with the InSet sentiment lexicon. The dataset was divided into training and testing sets with an 80:20 ratio and evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. The results indicate that the SVM algorithm achieved the highest accuracy of 88.1%, followed by KNN at 65.1% and NB at 62.6%. To address this issue, this study aims to develop an Android-based coffee sales application that implements the FIFO method in inventory management. The application's main features include recording sales transactions, managing inventory using the FIFO method, recording sales reports, and notifying users of products approaching expiration. This damage ranges from minor scratches or dents to severe damage such as breakage or destruction, which directly impacts customer satisfaction and the company's reputation. To address this issue, a data-driven approach capable of comprehensively identifying patterns and causal factors for damage is required. This study aims to analyze the types of damage to goods based on shipping data using the K-Means Clustering method. This method is used to group damaged goods data into several clusters based on the level of similarity in their characteristics. The results show that the damage data can be grouped into two main clusters: minor damage and major damage, each consisting of five dominant types of damage. Through this clustering, companies can gain a better understanding of frequently occurring damage patterns and can design more effective preventive measures. This study aims to analyze user needs as the basis for designing a user interface for a cooperative membership and financial management application using the Design Thinking method. This method consists of five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The study focused on needs analysis with the initial stages: empathize, define, and ideate. The empathize stage involved interviews with cooperative administrators and members, followed by identification through the define stage. The analysis results indicated that users require an efficient, secure, and transparent digital system with key features such as member registration, online payments, bill notifications, and automated financial reports. The ideate stage resulted in a design idea that comprehensively describes user needs. This allows for a design that adapts to the analysis results. In an effort to improve the diagnosis of GERD disease efficiently, this study proposes the development of an expert system using the Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) method. The system aims to diagnose GERD based on previous cases that have been recorded on a case basis. The main steps in system development include data acquisition, knowledge representation, case similarity assessment, and problem solving. This research combines CBR approach with data mining techniques to obtain a more accurate assessment. System testing was performed using existing patient datasets, and the results showed that the system can provide a diagnosis of GERD with a high degree of accuracy. To address these issues, a technology-based attendance system that is fast, accurate, and integrated is required. This study aims to design and develop a student attendance application based on QR code technology, which can be used by subject teachers through Android devices. Each student has a personal QR code displayed through a dedicated Android application for students. Teachers scan the QR code using the Android application to automatically record attendance into the database. The system is developed using Java with MySQL as the database. The test results show that the application can perform attendance quickly and accurately, minimize recording errors, and reduce the potential for fraud. Attendance data is stored digitally and can be easily recapped according to the desired period. The POQ method contributes to determining the optimal order quantity and timing by considering ordering, storage costs, and project material requirements. The system is built on an Android platform so that it can be accessed in real time by relevant parties in the field. The implementation results indicate that the system is able to calculate material ordering schedules accurately, simplify stock monitoring, and reduce the risk of shortages or excess inventory. This study attempts to create a simple prediction solution by comparing the effectiveness of three machine learning algorithms, namely linear regression, support vector machine (SVM), and neural network (NN), then applying them to an interactive web application using the Streamlit framework. Historical TLKM stock data was prepared through a feature engineering process before performance testing. According to the comparison results, the Support Vector Machine (SVM) model proved to have the best predictive ability compared to Linear Regression and NN. The superiority of SVM can be seen from the lowest RMSE (Root Mean Squared Error) value and the highest R² (Coefficient of Determination) score, which shows that SVM is better at capturing non-linear patterns and the complexity of the TLKM market. The selected model was then integrated into the Streamlit application, which provides real-time prediction results and comparison visualizations. This study aims to implement a data security system using the Rivest Cipher 4 (RC4) algorithm on Android devices, enabling efficient encryption and decryption of construction project data. The research method involves system requirements analysis, application design, RC4 algorithm implementation, and testing of both security strength and application performance. The implementation results show that the developed system can effectively secure construction project data, as the encrypted information cannot be accessed without the proper key. Furthermore, the application demonstrates relatively fast execution time during encryption and decryption processes, making it feasible for mobile use.
