Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Penilaian Pembelajaran dalam Kelas PRODISTIK di MAN 1 Pasuruan Berbasis Android

The learning assessment process in the PRODISTIK MAN 1 Pasuruan class is carried out manually; therefore, it is less efficient and prone to errors. The purpose of this study is to develop an Android-based assessment application to make it easier for teachers and provide direct access to student scores. The method used is Waterfall, through the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Data were obtained through interviews and literature reviews. The application is equipped with login features, value input, and value access. Testing was carried out using black box and usability testing with 20 respondents. The results showed that all application functions run as expected with user satisfaction of 93.37%. This research is expected to contribute to the process of effective learning assessment.

PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk KCP Pulo Brayan is one of the branches that has many customers carrying out transactions according to customer needs. One of the missions of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk KCP Pulo Brayan is to understand customer needs and provide support services to achieve optimal levels of customer satisfaction. The assessment of the level of customer satisfaction of each branch is carried out by the head office by conducting random telephone calls to customers who transact at KCP Pulo Brayan. The weakness of the assessment system is the lack of transparency of the results of customer satisfaction assessments conducted by the head office to the KCP Pulo Brayan office. KCP Pulo Brayan is still not optimal in service evaluation so that the evaluation results from customer assessments are still considered very lacking by the head office. To overcome this problem, PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk KCP Pulo Brayan requires a system to determine the level of customer satisfaction. The system developed uses a questionnaire filled out by customers with Android devices. The result of the customer satisfaction level system is an application system designed based on Android for the customer service system at KCP Pulo Brayan with the application of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The application of this method aims to identify service attributes that need primary attention, as well as being the basis for providing recommendations to improve overall service quality.

Sambirejo Timur Village was established on June 15, 1999. Services at the Sambirejo Timur Village Office begin with the reception of visitors who come for various administrative purposes. The purpose of this research is to ensure that all village administrative activities are neatly recorded, as well as to facilitate monitoring and evaluation of service quality. This procedure is expected to create a transparent and accountable environment in every service to the people of Sambirejo Timur Village. The research problem that occurs is that there are many suggestions and criticisms from the community about the services provided at the Village Office, but the delivery is not given directly through the criticism and suggestion box but through expressions from the surrounding community. In this study, the application of the service quality method is used to determine the quality of service at the Sambirejo Timur Village Office. The results of this study will be the application of the service quality method to determine the quality of service at the Sambirejo Timur Village Office, which is made in the form of a web application. The contribution of this research is to use the application of the digitalization/web-based service quality method at one of the agencies, namely the Sambirejo Timur Village Office.

Sistem Pakar Diagnosa Penyakit Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Hoarding Menggunakan Metode Certainty Factor Berbasis PHP

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, or OCD, is a mental health disorder characterized by obsessive thoughts and compulsive actions that are difficult to control. Providing appropriate treatment is crucial to prevent further impact on the quality of life of OCD sufferers. Unfortunately, initial diagnosis is often hampered by time constraints and difficult access to doctors or specialists. Therefore, researchers recommend a PHP-based expert system using the Certainty Factor method. This system mimics the way doctors think when diagnosing OCD, based on symptoms selected by the user. The Certainty Factor is used to calculate the certainty of the diagnosis based on the entered symptoms. The analysis shows that this system is capable of diagnosing with high accuracy, even reaching 100% in some OCD cases. These results demonstrate that expert systems can be a powerful tool for early detection of OCD, allowing for faster and more targeted treatment and care.

PT. Mutiara Inti Persada is a company operating in the field of labor distribution services with the vision of providing and managing human resources professionally. However, employee recruitment and placement processes that are still carried out manually are often inefficient, lack objectivity, and face challenges in matching applicant profiles with the needs of partner companies. To overcome this problem, this research aims to design a web-based e-recruitment and employee placement application using the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method. The PSI method is applied to provide an objective assessment of applicants based on predetermined criteria, such as work experience, education, and skills. The system developed is also equipped with an employee placement feature designed to optimally match applicant profiles with the needs of partner companies. This research uses data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation to understand company needs, as well as a system development method using the Waterfall model. The research results show that the designed application is able to increase the efficiency of the recruitment process, reduce bias in applicant assessment, and ensure more appropriate employee placement.

Analisis Penentuan Prioritas Jenis Penyakit Pada Praktik Terapi Babe dengan Metode Weighted Product

The increasing number of patients with various diseases at the Babe Therapy Practice requires an effective method to determine which diseases should be prioritized in handling. This study aims to analyze the prioritization of disease types using the Weighted Product (WP) method as a decision support approach. Data were obtained through interviews with the practitioner (Babe) and observations of patient records covering seven disease types: uric acid, rheumatism, hypertension, pinched nerves, stomach acid, vertigo, and GERD. The criteria considered include visit frequency, severity level, therapy duration, and therapy cost. Each criterion was given a specific weight based on its level of importance. The calculation results using the WP method show that uric acid (gout) ranks highest, indicating it should receive priority treatment due to its potential to cause kidney complications. This study contributes to the application of decision support systems in therapy practices to improve service effectiveness and patient management.

Panjang Island, which is geographically located in the waters of Banten Bay, is a potential area for supporting sustainable tuna production. Market demand for this fish continues to grow, yet the lack of precise fishing zone data hampers resource optimization. The WebGIS system was developed to provide potential information on fishing zones for tuna around Panjang Island. Oceanographic data such as sea surface temperature and chlorophyll-a concentration were utilized to predict high-probability areas. This system features GPS-based augmented reality to guide fishers in real time to their targeted locations. Interactive and accurate information presentation facilitates decision-making for fishers. The implementation of this technology enhances fisher productivity while promoting sustainable fishery management. The potential of WebGIS technology offers significant opportunities for advancing Indonesia’s modern fishery sector, particularly for the coastal communities of Panjang Island.

An automatic animal feeder is a tool used by cat owners to help ease their daily activities. When it comes to caring for animals at home, the most important thing is regular feeding. Regular feeding can make pets healthier and maintain their appetite. This is done with the aim of increasing pet owners' awareness of the food they feed their pets. Therefore, this automatic feeder was designed based on the Internet of Things (IoT). It consists of several components that are designed and connected to electricity and the internet. NodeMCU ESP8266 and Arduino IDE are the main components in the design of this device, allowing it to be operated using a smartphone. On the smartphone, users must download Blynk as a remote control for the automatic feeder. Through the Blynk app, users can automatically schedule feeding times for their pets. This research aims to assist pet owners who often leave their pets at home, ensuring their feeding times are maintained.

PT. Yakita Mulia is a company engaged in the production of synthetic leather with a domestic and export market orientation. In the process of determining the quality of synthetic leather suitable for export, the company faces problems at the decision-making stage which is still done manually, thus potentially causing delays, subjectivity, and inaccuracy in the assessment results. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that is able to assist the evaluation process more quickly, accurately, and objectively. This study aims to design and build a web-based decision support system by applying the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The SAW method was chosen because it has a simple, structured calculation process and is able to provide objective assessment results for each evaluated alternative and can rank alternatives based on predetermined criteria such as material durability, color, texture, elasticity and conformity to export standards. This system allows users to input assessment data, then the calculation results are displayed in the form of a ranking so that it can facilitate the company in determining synthetic leather products that are suitable for export. The implementation results show that this web-based decision support system is able to process data quickly and produce more objective recommendations than the manual process. With this system, the process of selecting synthetic leather suitable for export at PT. Yakita Mulia becomes more efficient, accurate, and supports increasing the company's competitiveness in meeting international market demands.

Penentuan Tingkat Kerusakan Mesin Mobil pada Bengkel Afuk Service Menggunakan Metode Weighted Product

Determining the priority level of car engine damage is an essential aspect in improving workshop service efficiency. AFUK Service Workshop often encounters difficulties in deciding which type of engine damage should be repaired first, as each damage type has different frequencies, severity levels, repair durations, and costs. This study aims to determine the priority level of car engine damage using the Weighted Product (WP) method. The four criteria used include damage frequency, severity level, repair duration, and repair cost, with respective weights of 0.5, 0.2, 0.2, and 0.1. The research data were obtained through direct interviews with mechanics at the AFUK Service Workshop. Based on the analysis using the WP method, the results produced an ordered priority of engine damage types that represent the most dominant issues to be addressed first. The implementation of the Weighted Product method helps the workshop determine repair priorities objectively and efficiently, thereby supporting better decision-making and improving service quality.

The company lacks a system capable of analyzing customer ordering patterns, resulting in multiple product orders being placed simultaneously. To address these issues, this study developed an Android-based cleaning service ordering application using the Apriori Algorithm. The algorithm was implemented to simplify Android-based cleaning service ordering and generate more efficient cleaning service order reporting. The resulting cleaning service ordering system is capable of analyzing cleaning service ordering patterns using the Android-based Apriori Algorithm. The resulting ordering patterns are intended to recommend products to customers, provide discount strategies, and demonstrate the company's ability to manage transaction data using the Apriori Algorithm for easier and more accurate calculations.

This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction at Wong Kito Pharmacy using the Service Quality (Servqual) method. The Servqual method is employed to measure the gap between customer expectations and perceptions of the services provided by the pharmacy based on five main dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. This research applies a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to customers of Wong Kito Pharmacy. The results show that several service dimensions have negative gap values, indicating that the services received by customers are still below their expectations. The dimension with the largest gap is responsiveness, while the best-performing dimension is assurance. Overall, the level of customer satisfaction with the services at Wong Kito Pharmacy is categorized as fairly satisfied; however, improvements are still needed, particularly in the speed and responsiveness of employees in serving customers. These findings are expected to provide valuable input for the management of Wong Kito Pharmacy in improving service quality to meet customer expectations.

This study aims to design and build a mobile-based application that facilitates service requests and service assessments by the public. In the assessment, the Service Quality (ServQual) method is used, which measures the gap between public expectations and perceptions across five dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The result of this study is an Android-based application for accessing village services and providing input to the village office in continuously improving service quality.

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology has significantly increased the popularity of online games in Indonesia, one of which is Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB), with millions of active users. The abundance of user reviews on digital platforms provides valuable data for analysis using text mining and natural language processing (NLP) approaches. Sentiment analysis is applied to classify user opinions into positive, negative, and neutral categories, offering insights into player satisfaction and perceptions of game quality. This study compares the performance of three classification algorithms, Naïve Bayes (NB), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), in analyzing sentiment from Mobile Legends user reviews on the Google Play Store. A total of 5,000 reviews were collected using the web scraping technique and processed through the Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) framework, which includes cleaning, case folding, tokenization, normalization, and stopword removal. Sentiment labeling was performed using a lexicon-based approach with the InSet sentiment lexicon. The dataset was divided into training and testing sets with an 80:20 ratio and evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. The results indicate that the SVM algorithm achieved the highest accuracy of 88.1%, followed by KNN at 65.1% and NB at 62.6%. Thus, SVM is recommended as the most effective model for sentiment analysis of Mobile Legends user reviews.

To address this issue, this study aims to develop an Android-based coffee sales application that implements the FIFO method in inventory management. The application's main features include recording sales transactions, managing inventory using the FIFO method, recording sales reports, and notifying users of products approaching expiration. Test results indicate that the application can help the company manage product inventory more efficiently, reduce the risk of stockpiling, and make it easier for admins to monitor sales reports. Penerapan Big Data Analyst terhadap Pengiriman Barang Cacat Menggunakan Metode K-Means

PT ID Express, a delivery service company, faces the challenge of high levels of damage to goods during the shipping process. This damage ranges from minor scratches or dents to severe damage such as breakage or destruction, which directly impacts customer satisfaction and the company's reputation. To address this issue, a data-driven approach capable of comprehensively identifying patterns and causal factors for damage is required. This study aims to analyze the types of damage to goods based on shipping data using the K-Means Clustering method. This method is used to group damaged goods data into several clusters based on the level of similarity in their characteristics. The results show that the damage data can be grouped into two main clusters: minor damage and major damage, each consisting of five dominant types of damage. Through this clustering, companies can gain a better understanding of frequently occurring damage patterns and can design more effective preventive measures. This research is expected to serve as a reference in the application of big data analysis in the logistics sector to improve service quality and reduce the risk of damage to goods during the distribution process.

The development of information technology encourages cooperatives to adapt to digital systems to improve efficiency, transparency, and accuracy in managing membership and financial data. This study aims to analyze user needs as the basis for designing a user interface for a cooperative membership and financial management application using the Design Thinking method. This method consists of five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The study focused on needs analysis with the initial stages: empathize, define, and ideate. The empathize stage involved interviews with cooperative administrators and members, followed by identification through the define stage. The analysis results indicated that users require an efficient, secure, and transparent digital system with key features such as member registration, online payments, bill notifications, and automated financial reports. The ideate stage resulted in a design idea that comprehensively describes user needs. This allows for a design that adapts to the analysis results. Thus, the Design Thinking approach has proven effective in understanding user problems and needs and provides a strong foundation for designing a cooperative application interface that is user-friendly and appropriate to the organization's operational context.

The research methods used include observation, documentation, and system analysis. The results indicate that the system can automate harvest data processing, accelerate the creation of daily, monthly, and annual reports, and provide real-time information access. Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) is a common digestive disorder, which can cause symptoms such as chest pain, acid regurgitation, and sleep disturbances. In an effort to improve the diagnosis of GERD disease efficiently, this study proposes the development of an expert system using the Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) method. The system aims to diagnose GERD based on previous cases that have been recorded on a case basis. The main steps in system development include data acquisition, knowledge representation, case similarity assessment, and problem solving. This research combines CBR approach with data mining techniques to obtain a more accurate assessment. System testing was performed using existing patient datasets, and the results showed that the system can provide a diagnosis of GERD with a high degree of accuracy. This research offers a significant contribution to the medical field in improving the process of diagnosis and management of GERD disease efficiently and effectively.

Student attendance is a routine activity in schools that serves to monitor students’ presence and acts as an indicator of discipline. At SMK Swasta Bina Satria Medan, the attendance process is still carried out manually using paper-based attendance lists, which is time-consuming, prone to fraud, and at risk of data loss. To address these issues, a technology-based attendance system that is fast, accurate, and integrated is required. This study aims to design and develop a student attendance application based on QR code technology, which can be used by subject teachers through Android devices. Each student has a personal QR code displayed through a dedicated Android application for students. Teachers scan the QR code using the Android application to automatically record attendance into the database. The system is developed using Java with MySQL as the database. The test results show that the application can perform attendance quickly and accurately, minimize recording errors, and reduce the potential for fraud. Attendance data is stored digitally and can be easily recapped according to the desired period. With this application, the attendance administration process at SMK Swasta Bina Satria Medan becomes more efficient and practical and supports digital transformation in the school environment.

Material inventory is a crucial factor in the smooth running of construction projects. PT. Swakarya Putra has been facing challenges in managing its inventory, such as delays in stock information, recording errors, and unplanned purchases. The purpose of implementing the POQ method is to control material inventory to minimize inventory costs and ensure timely material availability. The POQ method contributes to determining the optimal order quantity and timing by considering ordering, storage costs, and project material requirements. The system is built on an Android platform so that it can be accessed in real time by relevant parties in the field. The implementation results indicate that the system is able to calculate material ordering schedules accurately, simplify stock monitoring, and reduce the risk of shortages or excess inventory. Thus, the implementation of the Android-based POQ method can improve the efficiency of controlling project material inventory at PT. Swakarya Putra. This method helps minimize the risk of stockouts and excess stock, as well as improve operational efficiency by ordering quantities at specific time intervals.

The development of information technology encourages companies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations, including in the sales transaction process. PT. Akari requires a system that can simplify transaction management and sales recording and minimize errors. This study designs and builds an Android-based Point of Sale (POS) application that utilizes QR Code technology as a product identification medium. This POS application has a main feature in the form of QR code scanning to accelerate the process of product data input, sales data management, stock recording, and automatic report preparation. Test results indicate that all functions in the application can operate properly on Android devices and are able to increase transaction speed and sales recording accuracy. With this application, PT. Akari obtains a more modern and efficient sales system that supports the digitalization of business processes.

This study implements a WhatsApp bot as an automated information service at STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma to assist frontline staff tasks. The system was developed using Node.js and the WhatsApp Web API (Baileys Library) with a rule-based matching approach that maps user keywords to predefined responses. The Waterfall method was applied through analysis, design, implementation, and Black Box Testing. The results show that the bot correctly answered 85% of queries and improved information service efficiency by up to 70%.

Fluctuations in the share price of PT Telkom Indonesia (TLKM) are a major obstacle for individual investors, who generally rely on non-numerical analysis. This study attempts to create a simple prediction solution by comparing the effectiveness of three machine learning algorithms, namely linear regression, support vector machine (SVM), and neural network (NN), then applying them to an interactive web application using the Streamlit framework. Historical TLKM stock data was prepared through a feature engineering process before performance testing. According to the comparison results, the Support Vector Machine (SVM) model proved to have the best predictive ability compared to Linear Regression and NN. The superiority of SVM can be seen from the lowest RMSE (Root Mean Squared Error) value and the highest R² (Coefficient of Determination) score, which shows that SVM is better at capturing non-linear patterns and the complexity of the TLKM market. The selected model was then integrated into the Streamlit application, which provides real-time prediction results and comparison visualizations. This research successfully bridges the gap between the accuracy of advanced machine learning models and the real needs of investors by providing an informative and easy-to-use decision-making tool.

Data security is a crucial aspect in managing construction projects, especially for large-scale companies such as PT. Swakarya Perfect. Unprotected data exchange may lead to risks of information leakage, which could impact confidentiality, integrity, and project sustainability. This study aims to implement a data security system using the Rivest Cipher 4 (RC4) algorithm on Android devices, enabling efficient encryption and decryption of construction project data. The research method involves system requirements analysis, application design, RC4 algorithm implementation, and testing of both security strength and application performance. The implementation results show that the developed system can effectively secure construction project data, as the encrypted information cannot be accessed without the proper key. Furthermore, the application demonstrates relatively fast execution time during encryption and decryption processes, making it feasible for mobile use. Therefore, this system contributes to enhancing data security in construction projects at PT. Swakarya Perfect through the application of modern cryptographic technology on Android.

Perbandingan Kinerja Operator == dan Fungsi Compare() dalam Pemrosesan String pada C++

This study compared the performance of the equality operator (==) and the compare() function in C++ for strings. The focus was on their speed and memory efficiency when processing large data sets. Three datasets containing 100, 1,000, and 10,000 random strings ranging in length from 5 to 10 characters were used, each tested three times. Time was measured in microseconds, while memory usage was calculated in kilobytes. The results showed that the compare() function was faster, about 42% faster on the 100-string dataset, and about 9% to 10% faster on larger datasets. Memory usage was similar, differing by only a few hundred bytes. Therefore, use the equality operator (==) for simple comparisons or on small datasets, and use the compare() function for larger data sets. Further research should examine the impact of different compilers, optimization levels, and C++ standard library implementations on these results, as well as include formal statistical analysis of the measured data.

Delivery services are one type of service that is widely used by the public to facilitate the process of delivering goods and orders. However, the current delivery system is still not running optimally because the use of digital technology has not been maximized. This study aims to analyze user needs in the design of a delivery service application using the User-Centered Design (UCD) method. The UCD approach was chosen because it focuses on users by placing their needs and experiences as the main aspects in the system design process. This study was conducted up to the second stage, which was to understand the context of use and identify user needs. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to ten respondents consisting of customers, business owners, and couriers. The results of the study show that users need key features such as service ordering, real-time delivery tracking, automatic notifications, and direct communication between customers and couriers. In addition, users also want an application that is easy to use, secure, and has stable performance. The results of this analysis form the basis for the application design in the next stage to produce a system that meets user needs.

This study examines user perceptions of the Tahu Sumedang application based on reviews submitted on the Google Play Store. The purpose of this research is to identify user sentiment and understand the aspects that influence positive and negative evaluations of the application. The lexicon-based sentiment analysis method is used to classify each review into sentiment categories through a dictionary of words with positive and negative polarity. The results show variations in user sentiment that reflect satisfaction with certain features and concerns about technical performance, navigation, and application stability. The findings highlight several aspects that require improvement to optimize the quality of digital public services. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of user feedback as an evaluation basis for developing more responsive and efficient public service applications.

Student attendance is an essential aspect in supporting discipline and the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process at schools. However, the manual attendance system currently used at SDN 060941 often leads to several issues, such as delayed recording, data loss risks, and difficulties in monitoring student presence in real time. Therefore, this study designs an Android based attendance monitoring application utilizing QR Code technology. The application allows students to record their attendance by scanning the provided QR Code, enabling attendance data to be automatically stored and integrated into the database. The system development method applied in this research is the waterfall model, which includes requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The results show that this application can improve the efficiency of attendance processes, minimize recording errors, and provide convenience for the school in monitoring student presence in a fast, accurate, and structured manner.

As the number of users and digital activities increases, the quality of internet networks in boarding houses is experiencing an increase in demand. Most multi-story buildings have thick walls and are equipped with electronic devices, which have the potential to slow down and interfere with signal networks. The purpose of this study is to obtain and understand the characteristics of Wi-Fi in boarding houses, the role of routers in network management and optimization of internet speed and service quality. This research is a systematic literature review that analyzes 15 articles on Wi-Fi, Mikrotik and OpenWrt router settings, and network testing designs at 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies. This research was conducted to identify network constraints and characteristics, and the results show that network obstacles and intensive users have the potential to slow down the network. PCQ, HTB, User Manager, and CAPsMAN are methods that can reduce network inequality. Methods with NDLC, TDND, and PPDIOO designs are systematic methods that can be applied to boarding house network settings. Measurement of quality parameters can prove that router performance, bandwidth settings, bandwidth allocation, and jitter reduction can improve internet speed.

WiFi connectivity is crucial in supporting academic activities on campus, but its signal quality is often affected by distance, physical obstacles, and Non-Line of Sight (NLOS) conditions. This study uses a Systematic Literature Review method to examine the influence of distance and environmental factors on the strength and stability of WiFi signals in campus buildings. The findings indicate that increased distance and the presence of physical barriers reduce RSSI and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) values, which subsequently decreases throughput and increases delay. Channel interference also contributes to connection instability. Optimization strategies such as proper access point placement and frequency channel management are essential to maintain network quality and ensure Quality of Service (QoS). This study provides strong indications of the key factors that need consideration in managing campus WiFi networks to support user comfort and usage efficiency.

Data collection for housing renovation assistance in Barusjahe Village is still done manually, resulting in frequent data errors, slow processes, and a lack of transparency. This study developed a web-based data collection information system using the Waterfall method through the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The system was built with PHP and MySQL and provides features for online registration, file uploads, admin verification, and automatic reports. Testing results show that the system runs well and is able to speed up the data collection process and improve accuracy and convenience for the community and village officials.

The purpose of this study is to determine how accounting information systems affect the quality of SME financial reports, with the potential moderating role of human resource capabilities. The approach used is a quantitative method, with a population of 14,819 SMEs in Palopo City, and samples collected using convenience sampling techniques, resulting in 38 responses. The data were evaluated using instrument testing, classical assumption testing, MRA testing, as well as coefficient of determination analysis and t-test with the help of SPSS version 26. The main findings indicate that accounting information systems do have a significant effect on the quality of SME financial statements, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-value of 3.936 > the table t-value of 1.689. However, human resource capabilities are unable to moderate this effect, as the significance value reaches 0.423 > 0.05.

The methodology involved searching databases like Google Scholar and Garuda using keywords such as "network performance," "QoS," and "multi-user," selecting 7 relevant articles from 200 initial results via inclusion/exclusion criteria based on title, abstract, and full-text relevance. Findings reveal that Quality of Service (QoS) implementation significantly mitigates issues, reducing jitter by up to 40%, packet loss below 0.1%, and stabilizing real-time services like VoIP in settings such as schools, offices, and internet cafes.

The company faces problems with stock shortages on several products that should be available for sale to customers, resulting in hampered sales processes and sales targets cannot be realized optimally. There is also often a buildup of product stock in the warehouse, resulting in products expiring, which impacts losses for the company. This study applies the Trend Moment method. The Trend Moment method is an analysis technique used to observe the upward or downward trend of data within a certain time span. The trend pattern is calculated based on the average change that occurs from period to period, so it can illustrate the direction of data development in the long term. The application used in making predictions is the Active Server Page (ASP) programming language, which is considered more efficient in terms of system maintenance and runs the system with a SQL Server R2 database.

However, despite this convenience, security remains a major concern. The risk of data leaks, unauthorized access, and phishing attacks can occur if users do not properly understand privacy settings and access permissions. At MTs Alfaizin Percut Sei Tuan, the conventional exam process presents several challenges, such as excessive paper usage, increased risk of cheating, and lengthy correction times. This study aims to develop an Android-based exam application using the Couple Linear Congruential Generator (CLCG) method. This method generates pseudo-random numbers that randomize exam questions, allowing each participant to receive a different set of questions, ultimately minimizing cheating. The application was developed using a waterfall model approach in the software development process. Test results show that the application runs well on Android devices, making it easier for teachers to administer exams and speeding up the assessment process. This application can be an effective solution to support the digitalization of the exam system in schools.

The graduation process at SMK Negeri 13 Medan has traditionally been conducted through teacher council meetings, where assessments are based on various, often subjective, aspects. Complexity arises because decisions must consider numerous variables—from program fulfillment, student attitudes and behaviors, fieldwork achievements, school exam scores, to cumulative final grades—making manual evaluations prone to inconsistencies and potential unfairness. To address these weaknesses, this study developed a Decision Support System (DSS) utilizing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP was chosen for its ability to formulate qualitative data into a quantitative scale, allowing each criterion to be compared systematically and measurably. The study used a sample of 66 students and assessed five main criteria relevant to determining graduation. The system output was a recommendation for graduation decisions grouped into three alternatives: "Graduate with Good Predicate," "Pass," and "Fail." It is hoped that the implementation of this AHP-based DSS will increase transparency and efficiency in decision-making, reduce subjectivity, and support a more consistent and equitable graduation process within the school environment.

The identification of factors causing student inactivity has been performed manually through teacher observations, resulting in subjective assessments and unclear priority levels. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) to identify and rank the factors contributing to student inactivity based on attendance records, behavioral notes, counseling reports, and student questionnaires. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is applied to perform weighting and pairwise comparisons among criteria, producing objective prioritization of the main factors. The system provides recommendations regarding the most influential factors, enabling the school to determine effective interventions, such as counseling programs, motivation development, or improvements in teaching methods. This DSS supports more accurate decision-making and contributes to a more optimal and productive learning environment.

Caregivers play a crucial role in fostering children's independence across emotional, behavioral, and moral dimensions. At Eben Heazer Orphanage, caregivers function as educators, mentors, and motivators. As educators, they instill ethical values and religious devotion; as mentors, they assist in discovering children's interests and talents; and as motivators, they encourage self-reliance. Nevertheless, the caregivers' contribution to developing children's independence remains suboptimal. Therefore, an evaluation of caregiver performance is essential to continually enhance services for the children. This evaluation not only enables management to assess the extent to which caregivers fulfill their duties but also provides a foundation for further training and development programs. In this way, the quality of care can be progressively improved to meet the children's needs. Furthermore, the application of technologies such as the K-Means algorithm supports transparency and objectivity in the assessment process, ensuring that each caregiver receives a fair evaluation based on actual performance. This initiative is expected to establish a more professional and measurable caregiving system at Eben Heazer Orphanage.
