<p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, solvency and liquidity ratios on the performance of go public banking sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. This research was conducted on banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which was conducted from January 2021 by collecting data. on the IDX through published financial reports. The data collection period is for 5 years, namely 2015 - 2019. The variables used in this study consist of independent variables, namely the profitability ratio proxied by ROA (X1), the ratio is the solvency proxied by DER (X2) and the liquidity ratio proxied by CAR (X3), while the dependent variable is financial performance as proxied by EPS. The sample in this study consisted of 6 companies with financial reports from 2015 - 2019. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that profitability has a significant effect on financial performance in banking sector companies listed on the IDX in 2015 - 2019. Solvency has no significant effect on financial performance in banking sector companies listed on the IDX in 2015 - 2019. Liquidity has significant effect on financial performance in 2015 - 2019. banking sector companies listed on the IDX in 2015 - 2019. <p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada pengguna jasa Gojek Online. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, untuk mengetahui kekuatan hubungan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Hasil pengujian regresi linear berganda yang memiliki hubungan paling dominan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah harga. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara persial (Uji-t) diperoleh bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sedangkan variabel harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan dan harga secara serempak (simultan) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan kontribusi variabel bebas, yaitu kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yang memiliki pengaruh yang cukup kuat.</em></p>Glory Elisabeth Br. <p>This study aims to analyze the effect of the Current Ratio and Debt Equity Ratio on Return On Equity in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019. The population in this study consists of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, totaling 28 companies for the period 2017-2019. The selection of the research sample was determined using the purposive sampling method, where the researcher selected the sample based on an assessment of several characteristics of the sample members that were adjusted to certain considerations. Based on these criteria, the sample taken for research consisted of 12 samples multiplied by 3 research periods. The type of data used was secondary data obtained from publications on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis techniques used were multiple regression, classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The research results showed that the F-test significance value was 0.000, where the significance of F < 0.05, meaning that the independent variables (Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio) simultaneously influence the dependent variable (Return On Equity). This is indicated by the coefficient of determination (R-Square) value. All independent variables (Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Ratio) can influence Return On Equity by 40.3%, with the remaining 100% - 40.3% = 59.7% explained by other variables or factors.</p>Elisa ManurungRasmulia SembiringRintan Saragih

<p>The success of a company in achieving its goals depends on the performance of its employees. Employee performance can be defined as the results or output of carrying out the tasks and responsibilities assigned to employees. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training and human resource development on employee performance. The respondents in this study were 35 employees at PT. Toba Pulp Lestari Medan. The types and sources of data used are primary data (questionnaires and interviews) and secondary data (documentary studies and literature reviews). The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. The results of the multiple linear regression test indicate that Training, with a value of 0.516 units, is the variable with the most dominant relationship to the Employee Performance variable, while Human Resource Development has a smaller value of 0.473 units. The results of the partial hypothesis testing show that Training and Human Resource Development have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis testing show that Training and Human Resource Development simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test using R-Square, it was found that the contribution of Training and Human Resource Development in influencing Employee Performance is 76.3%.</p>Chandra Kurniawan GintingKristanty M. <p><em>E-service quality) is an expectation as what customers want by online media rather than services that may be provided by the company. online purchasing decision describes the intention of any customer to purchase cosmetic product ordered by the company. Method of the present study is a survey research using an associative quantitative approach. The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of the efisiency, fulfillment, system availability dan privacy on online purchasing decision. The population included all customers of PT Orindo Alam Ayu Medan used online shopping application during 2019 as of 2174. The sampling method used the Slovin formula so that there were 96 samples. The data collection method used a questionnaire and The collected data were then analyzed by using a multiple linear regression. The result of the study and data analysis shown that the factors of efficiency, fulfillment, system availability and privacy had a positive and significant effect on E-satisfaction (F-hitung (41.783) > F-tabel (2.31) dan sig-p (0,000) < 0,05). Efficiency partially had a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decision (p=0,000) <0.05). Fulfillment partially had a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decision (p=0.002) <0.05). System availability partially had a significant effect on online purchasing decision (p=0.009) <0.05). Privacy partially had a significant effect on online purchasing decision (p=0.032) <0.05). It is suggested to PT Orindo Alam Ayu Medan to further improve the quality of online services especially regarding the speed of transactions, on time delivery of consumer orders and convenience of transactions so that online purchasing decision may be further improved.</em></p>Novita Widia SariSahat P. <p><em>Tobacco is one of the market-oriented agricultural commodities that plays an important role in the Indonesian economy. This has led to the proliferation of cigarette companies in Indonesia. This study aims to compare the financial performance of PT. Sampoerna Tbk and PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. The data analysis method used is comparative with an independent sample t-test. The results of this study indicate that there are significant differences in overall financial performance between PT. HM Sampoerna, Tbk and PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. In short, the financial performance of PT. HM Sampoerna, Tbk is better than that of PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. The results of the independent t-test show that each financial ratio of PT. HM Sampoerna, namely the current ratio, quick ratio, cash ratio, debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, working capital turnover, net profit margin, return on equity, and return on investment are significantly better than those of PT. <p><em>The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of marketing strategies, namely product, price, place, and promotion, on increasing the number of customers at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Pijer Podi Kekelengen Simpang Selayang Branch. The research method used was data collection, data processing, data analysis, and data presentation so that the results presented were scientific and accountable. The results of the study indicate that the product variable has a significant effect on increasing the number of customers, with the t-value > t-table (3.844 > 1.985), so H1 is accepted, meaning that the product has a partial effect on increasing the number of customers. The Price variable significantly influences the increase in the number of customers, with the t-calculated value > t-table (9.701 > 1.985), so H1 is accepted, meaning that price partially influences the increase in the number of customers. Together, the variables of product, price, promotion, and distribution have a significant effect on the increase in the number of customers, with the calculated F value > the table F value (72.874 > 3.09), so H1 is accepted, meaning that simultaneously, product, price, promotion, and distribution have a significant effect on the increase in the number of customers. Based on the above conclusions, it is recommended that the company make efforts to maintain or improve its methods of increasing the number of customers by using effective promotions for borrowers, offering affordable prices, strategic locations, and high-quality products.</em></p>Stefani Cesilia ManaluHenri SaragihRommel Sitohang

<p><em>The present study is a quantitative one aimed at analyzing the effect of Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return on Asset (ROA) on the value of transportation utility infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period. The population of the study included a transportation utility infrastructure company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The sampling method used a purposive sampling method so that there are 84 samples. The results of the study shown that the total Asset Turnover, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return on Assets (ROA) simultaneously have a significant effect on Price to Book Value (PBV). This is indicated by the value of the F-<sub>count</sub> (47,507)> F-<sub>table</sub>. (2.48) and sig-p (0.000) <0.05. Total Asset Turnover (TATO) partially has a significant effect on Price to Book Value (PBV). Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially has a significant effect on Price to Book Value (PBV). Return on Asset (ROA) partially has a significant effect on Price to Book Value (PBV). <p><em>This research was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of financial ratios on changes in earnings in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample size of 12 companies from a total of 182 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with 60 observations of data. The data analysis method uses multiple linear analysis. Based on the test results, it is concluded that the t test results show that the cash ratio positive and significant effect. While debt to assets ratio, and total assets turnover have no effect on changes in earnings. The results of the F test show that it does not affect changes in earnings. The result of the R2 value of 0,115 means that 11,5% of the variable change in earnings can be explained by the variables Current Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio and Total Assets Turnover. <p><em>This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of store atmosphere and sales promotions on unplanned purchases at Metro Swalayan Medan. This is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sample size was 94 people. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that, partially, store atmosphere had a positive and significant effect on unplanned purchases. Partially, sales promotions have a positive and significant effect on unplanned purchases. Simultaneously, store atmosphere and sales promotions have a positive and significant effect on unplanned purchases.
