The present study is a quantitative one aimed at analyzing the effect of Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return on Asset (ROA) on the value of transportation utility infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period. The population of the study included a transportation utility infrastructure company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The sampling method used a purposive sampling method so that there are 84 samples. The results of the study shown that the total Asset Turnover, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return on Assets (ROA) simultaneously have a significant effect on Price to Book Value (PBV). This is indicated by the value of the F-count (47,507)> F-table. (2.48) and sig-p (0.000) <0.05. Total Asset Turnover (TATO) partially has a significant effect on Price to Book Value (PBV). Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially has a significant effect on Price to Book Value (PBV). Return on Asset (ROA) partially has a significant effect on Price to Book Value (PBV). It is recommended that the utility and transportation infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period pay more attention to aspects that affect the value of the company so that the company value can be further increased.
