Pengaruh Kepercayaan, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Kompensasi Terhadap Turnover Karyawan pada PT. Panca Niaga Jaya Lestari Kisaran

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan, kepuasan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap turnover karyawan pada PT. Panca Niaga Jaya Lestari Kisaran. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 71 responden. Kepercayaan (X1) memiliki nilai thitung (3,253) > ttabel (1,996) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,002 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif yang signifikan secara parsial antara Kepercayaan terhadap Turnover, kepuasan Kerja (X2) memiliki nilai thitung (3,570) > t tabel (1,996) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,001 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif yang signifikan secara parsial antara Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Turnover, kepuasan Kerja (X3) memiliki nilai thitung (6,130) > ttabel (1,996) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif yang signifikan secara parsial antara Kompensasi terhadap Turnover. Nilai Fhitung (24,702) > Ftabel (2,74) dengan signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kepercayaan, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Kompensasi secara simultan terhadap Turnover. Nilai R Square (R2) atau koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,504 artinya variabel Turnover dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Kepercayaan, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kompensasi sebesar 50,4%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health on the Convenience of Working with Motivation as a Moderating Variable at PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Sibolga. The population in this study were all employees, totaling 35 employees. Sampling using saturated sample technique, with a total sample of 35 people. The analysis technique used is a statistical test through regression test, t-test, MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) and the coefficient of determination R-Square (R2). The results of this study indicate that Occupational Safety and Health has a partial and significant effect on the comfort of working at PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Sibolga. However, motivation has not been able to moderate the relationship between Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on the comfort of working at PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Sibolga, where the results of the t-test were lower than the direct relationship 4.259 < 4.673, it can be concluded that motivation weakens the relationship between occupational safety and health on the comfort of working at PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Sibolga.

Analisis Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Financial Distress

This research aims to determine and analysis of factors affecting Financial Distress at manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2020-2022. The population in this research were 310 companies. The sampling method used in this research was purposive sampling. The data testing method used is multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS 25. The results show that Profitability (ROA), Leverage (DER) and firm Value have effect on Financial Distress (Altman Z-Score), liquidity (CR) have no effect on Financial Distress (Altman Z-Score) of manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period.

Peran Ukuran Perusahaan dalam Memoderasi Hubungan Profitabilitas, Likuiditas dan Struktur Modal dengan Kualitas Laba

This research aims to determine and analyze the role of company size in moderating the relationship between profitability, liquidity capital structure, and earnings quality. The research object is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling and a sample of 72 companies was obtained. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis and absolute difference value testing using the SPSS data processing application. The research results show that capital structure has a significant effect on earnings quality, but profitability and liquidity do not have a significant effect on earnings quality. The results of the moderation test show that company size is unable to moderate the relationship between profitability, liquidity capital structure, and earnings quality.

Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan, Usia, Kompensasi, Motivasi dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Bagian Keperawatan pada Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati Medan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, usia, kompensasi, motivasi dan pengalaman kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja perawat pada rumah sakit Islam Malahayati Medan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis t dapat disimpulkan tingkat pendidikan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja perawat, usia memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja perawat, kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja perawat, pengalaman kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas perawat. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis F dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan tingkat pendidikan, usia, kompensasi, motivasi, dan pengalaman kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja perawat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien determinasi, diperoleh nilai Adjusted R-Square diperoleh sebesar 0,505 atau dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 50.5% kontribusi pengaruh dari tingkat pendidikan, usia, kompensasi, motivasi dan pengalaman kerja, sedangkan sisanya dapat dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas lain.

The study aims to find out the impact of brand image and price on customer satisfaction re-purchase decisions as an intervening variable on Gapyeong Korean BBQ. This research uses a quantitative method of causal research with primary data taken from the dissemination of the questionnaire. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents who made a purchase at Gapyeong Korean BBQ. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling using the Slovin formula. Slovin is a formula used to find large samples that are estimated to represent the entire population. The data analysis technique in this study uses (SEM) structural equation modeling using the help of smart-PLS to solve the formula problems and hypotheses that have been formulated in this research as well as used to test the relationship between variables. The results of this study showed that brand image did not have a significant impact on consumer satisfaction, price had a significant influence on cosmopolitan satisfaction, brand image had no significant effect on re-purchase decisions, price did not significantly influence re-purchase decisions, customer satisfaction had no significant impact on resupply decisions, consumers satisfaction could not mediate the influence of brand image variables on resumption decisions, and consumers satisfaction couldn’t mediate price on resuspension decisions

In information systems accounting income cash and internal control there needs to be a good procedure in a company that has been set. The gap between any duty unit-unit organization to separate functions, duty, and responsibilities of each employee as, parking lot, ticketing, café, restaoran, and lodging. Cash income is computerized so that the company can know the amount of income each month because it is able to present data on each income and expenditure transaction completely and accurately. The purpose of this study is to find penelitin how accounting of this information in at pariban hot springs . And to know that the implementation of the internal control have walked with the applicable regulation or not. Research sites as the object of this research is in pariban hot springs. Review at this research is cash income. Method collection method used is research filed literature and methods. And the method of analysis of data on research kualitatif this is the method. Based on the discussion this research result we can conclude that the system of cash revenues at pariban hot springs systematically has been running well. The event bagian-bagian selling transaction services have been able to coordinate well in completing the transaction.
