Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership, Work Discipline, and employee empowerment on employee performance at PT. X. The population in this study was 65 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. The independent variables used are transformational leadership, work discipline and employee empowerment. The dependent variable used is employee performance. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study is that employee empowerment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while transformational leadership and work discipline do not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, transformational leadership, work discipline and employee empowerment have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of PT. X.
