PENGARUH CURRENT RATIO, DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO DAN TOTAL ASSETS TURNOVER TERHADAP RETURN ON ASSETS PADA SEKTOR PERTANIAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2015-2019

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the independent variable (free), namely the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and total assets turnover to the dependent variable (dependent), namely return on assets. This research was conducted at agricultural sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2019 period. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination with the SPSS 25 for windows application. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 6 companies from 24 companies in the agricultural sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. Thus, partially the results show that the current ratio has a significant and significant effect on return on assets with the results showing t_hitung 2.592 > t_tabel 2.056 and the debt to equity ratio has a significant and significant effect on return on assets with the results showing t_hitung 2.630 > t_tabel 2.056, while total assets turnover has no effect and is not significant to return on assets with the results showing t_hitung 0.347 < t_tabel 2.056. Simultaneously, the results show that the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and total assets turnover have a significant and significant effect on return on assets with the results showing F_hitung of 6.635 > F_tabel 2.92.
