Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Quality of Work Life, Work Discipline and Democratic Leadership Style have a significant effect on Employee Loyalty at PT. Tunas Jaya Cipta Medan. The method of determining the sample is a saturated sample, the entire population is the sample, as many as 35 employees. Method of data analysis with multiple linear regression. The results of the study, the significance value of the quality of work life variable was 0.042 <0.05. The value of tcount > ttable (1,476 > 2.03). Then the quality of work life has a significant effect on employee loyalty, the significance of the work discipline variable is 0.150 > 0.05. The value of tcount < ttable (0.846 > 2.03). Then the work discipline variable has no significant effect on employee loyalty, the significance value of the democratic leadership style variable is 0.012 <0.05. The value of tcount > ttable (2,663 > 2.03). Then the democratic leadership style has a significant effect on employee loyalty, hypothesis testing shows the value of Fcount > Ftable, which is 80.220 > 2.91 and the significance value of F 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that together (simultaneously), Quality of Work Life, Work Discipline and Democratic Leadership Style have a significant effect on Employee Loyalty.
