However, in practice, asset management still faces various problems, such as administrative disorder, inaccurate data, and weak supervision. Along with the development of information technology, digital transformation is seen as a strategic solution to improve the quality of government asset management. This research aims to examine the implementation of digital transformation in government asset management at the Takalar Regency Regional Finance and Assets Agency and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the implementation of the regional asset management information system has improved administrative order, the quality of asset data, and the transparency and accountability of local government asset management. However, the implementation of digital transformation is not fully optimal because it is still faced with limited human resource competencies, work culture adaptation, and technology infrastructure support. Therefore, continuous efforts are needed to strengthen the capacity of apparatus, internal policies, and infrastructure to optimize the benefits of digital transformation in the management of local government assets.
Nasir Nasir Copyright (c) 2026 Nasir Nasir https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ejurnal.methodist.ac.id/index.php/methoda/article/view/5673 Sat, 30 May 2026 00:00:00 +0700 Optimalisasi Splitting Data untuk Kinerja Robust Model EfficientNetV2-B0 pada Deteksi Pneumonia https://ejurnal.methodist.ac.id/index.php/methoda/article/view/5631
The splitting of datasets constitutes a fundamental yet frequently overlooked methodological decision in deep learning research for medical image classification. This study investigates the impact of various data splitting scenarios on the robust performance of the EfficientNetV2-B0 model in pneumonia detection using chest X-ray images. Using the Kaggle Chest X-ray Pneumonia dataset, seven experimental scenarios were designed encompassing differences in train-validation-test allocation ratios (70/15/15, 70/10/20, 80/10/10, 85/15, 70/30), partition strategies (stratified vs. random), and validation methods (holdout vs. 5-fold stratified cross-validation). The results demonstrate that 5-fold stratified cross-validation produces the most stable performance estimates with the lowest variance (Accuracy: 97.4%±0.3%, AUC: 0.993±0.002), whereas random partition without stratification yields significantly inferior results (Accuracy: 95.1%, AUC: 0.973). Among the holdout scenarios, the 70/15/15 stratified ratio achieved the best performance (Accuracy: 97.2%, AUC: 0.991). Statistical analysis confirms significant differences between stratified and non-stratified scenarios (p < 0.05). These findings provide empirical guidance for researchers in designing more valid and replicable machine learning experiments in the medical domain.
Syanti Irviantina, M. Every line of code written, every system designed, and every data policy decided by professionals in this field has the potential to directly touch the lives of millions. Yet behind this great authority, questions about the extent to which social responsibility is genuinely practiced remain frequently overlooked in both academic discourse and real-world practice. This study aims to systematically examine how social responsibility is understood and realized by information systems professionals while identifying the professional ethics values that underpin it in the digital age. The method employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), analyzing 12 selected scientific articles published between 2021 and 2025 from various accredited journals. The study formulates a new conceptual framework named the TSR-SI Framework (Tanggung Jawab Sosial Profesi Sistem Informasi), consisting of three main pillars: Data Responsibility, Technology Equity, and Ethical Innovation. The review finds that the most significant gap in existing research is the lack of integration among these three dimensions within a single coherent framework, particularly in the context of the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27/2022) and the increasingly massive adoption of artificial intelligence in Indonesia.
Hendra Maulana, M. This grace operates antecedently in every person, awakening an awareness of sin, restoring the capacity to respond to God’s call, and opening the way to repentance, justification, and sanctification. This study aims to analyze Prevenient Grace as the core of salvation in John Wesley’s doctrine of salvation. The research employs a qualitative method with a library-study approach to Wesley’s primary works and the literature on Wesleyan theology. The findings indicate that Prevenient Grace constitutes the foundation of the entire salvific process, insofar as God’s grace precedes every human response without removing the human freedom to accept or reject it. The doctrine thus underscores a balance between divine sovereignty and human responsibility.
Manimpan Hutasoit Copyright (c) 2026 Manimpan Hutasoit https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ejurnal.methodist.ac.id/index.php/methoda/article/view/5946 Thu, 09 Jul 2026 00:00:00 +0700 Hubungan Pekerjaan, Personal Hygiene, dan Penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) terhadap Dermatitis Kontak Iritan di UPT Puskesmas Pagar Merbau Kabupaten Deli Serdang Mei 2026 https://ejurnal.methodist.ac.id/index.php/methoda/article/view/5835
Background: Dermatitis is an inflammation that occurs on the outer part of the skin, caused by physical interactions or immune system reactions. Prior studies on employee creativity in the public sector have largely been descriptive and quantitative at a general level, with limited attention to how creativity is actually enacted within a one-stop licensing service undergoing digital transformation. This study addresses that gap by examining how employee creativity manifests during organizational change at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP) of Takalar Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. A qualitative case study approach was used, drawing on 12 purposively selected informants (structural officials and frontline staff) through semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation, and document review; data were analyzed using an interactive model (data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing) with source and method triangulation to establish credibility. The findings show that employee creativity is expressed through four recurring practices: work-process innovation, adoption of digital technology, simplification of service procedures, and initiative in problem-solving, while its distribution remains uneven across work units because of individual risk aversion and inconsistent managerial support. This study contributes a contextual model linking leadership openness, gaps in the reward system, and the enactment of creativity in local e-government service delivery, offering practical guidance for strengthening an innovation culture in comparable public agencies.
Henri Henri, Nasir Nasir Copyright (c) 2026 Henri Henri, Nasir Nasir https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ejurnal.methodist.ac.id/index.php/methoda/article/view/5672 Sun, 26 Jul 2026 00:00:00 +0700 Hubungan Riwayat Kontak Erat dan Kepatuhan Minum Obat Anti Tuberculosis dengan Kejadian Tuberculosis Paru di UPT Puskesmas Medan Sunggal https://ejurnal.methodist.ac.id/index.php/methoda/article/view/5859
Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by a complex infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
