This study was conducted at the Class II Pekanbaru Special Child Development Institution. The purpose of this study is to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of ANDIKPAS rights in the Class II Pekanbaru LPKA. The results of the study show that the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of students' rights are seen from the actors involved in the implementation, namely all LPKA Class II Pekanbaru employees and do not involve actors from outside the agency, this simplifies the chain of command in implementing the policy, in terms of clarity of objectives it has been fully understood by the implementer, but is not implemented as written in the SOP because the human resources in LPKA are inadequate, then from the development and complexity of the policy, the success of the policy implementation cannot be separated from the role of parents who support the policy and the acceptance of parents so that in the future children do not feel isolated, then the participation given by stakeholders, namely the Riau Ministry of Law and Human Rights in building facilities and infrastructure and the Library and Archives Service in providing mobile libraries plays an important role in granting students' rights, and other factors are inadequate facilities and infrastructure, such as the availability of library buildings for ANDIKPAS that need to be provided and the lack of freedom for ANDIKPAS in submitting complaints directly to the KALAPAS.
2026-04-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Sri Yunita Simanjuntak, Elfira Elfira, Nurfadilah Nurfadilahhttps://ejurnal.methodist.ac.id/index.php/methoda/article/view/5603Evaluasi Kesesuaian Lahan untuk Pengembangan Cabai Merah (Capsicum annuum L.) pada Lahan Pasca Vulkanik Gunung Sinabung di Kecamatan Naman Teran, Kabupaten Karo2026-04-30T07:57:16+07:00Bilter Siraitsiraitbilteranton@gmail.comEbsan M. The study was conducted from December 2025 to February 2026 using a survey method with a spatial and descriptive analysis approach. The overlay of soil type, elevation, and slope gradient maps resulted in 13 Land Map Units (LMUs). However, eruption-affected areas were identified in two villages within specific LMUs. Land suitability evaluation was carried out using a matching method between land characteristics and crop suitability criteria. The results showed that the LMU in Sigarang-garang Village was classified as unsuitable (N), with nutrient retention and erosion hazard as the main limiting factors. Similarly, the LMU in Sukanalu Village was also classified as unsuitable (N), with comparable limitations. Some parameters, such as soil pH, can be improved through liming; however, nutrient retention remains a major constraint that is difficult to significantly improve.
2026-04-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Bilter Sirait, Ebsan M. Such growth should not be understood merely in quantitative terms, such as an increase in church membership, but rather as a holistic process encompassing the maturation of faith, the formation of Christian character, and the socio-economic transformation of the congregation. As the body of Christ, the church is called to embody tangible signs of the Kingdom of God through integral, contextual, and life-relevant ministries. Within this missiological framework, educational entrepreneurship is viewed as an effective missionary strategy for addressing contemporary socio-economic challenges. This approach integrates faith-based education, congregational empowerment, and life-skills development as expressions of God’s love and justice in practice. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach through theological and missiological literature review. The findings indicate that educational entrepreneurship represents a concrete expression of the church’s transformative mission, fostering spiritual, social, and economic growth of the congregation, while affirming the church’s role as an agent of the Kingdom of God in modern society.
2026-04-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Mangatas Parhusiphttps://ejurnal.methodist.ac.id/index.php/methoda/article/view/5304Pengaruh Persepsi Mahasiswa tentang Pendidikan Berbasis Nilai terhadap Sensitivitas Sosial2026-04-03T13:28:22+07:00Asmaul Husnah Amiruddinasmaulhusnah.amiruddin@unm.ac.idHasni Hasnihasni@unm.ac.idNurazizah Rahminurazizah.rahmi@unm.ac.idSagita Ramadhanasagita.ramadhana@unm.ac.idUlul Azmi Mustariuluazmimustari@unm.ac.id
This study aims to analyze the perceptions of students in the Social Studies Education Study Program at Makassar State University toward value-based learning, the level of students’ social sensitivity, and the relationship between these two variables. This research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire distributed to 165 Social Studies Education students at Universitas Negeri Makassar and were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques assisted by IBM SPSS. The results indicate that students’ perceptions of value-based learning fall within the moderate to high category, with a predominance of the moderate category, suggesting that value-based learning has been implemented and reasonably well received, although not yet optimal. Students’ social sensitivity is in the moderate category, particularly in the indicators of critical awareness, social concern, and sensitivity to the social environment. Furthermore, the analysis reveals a very strong and significant relationship between students’ perceptions of value-based learning and their social sensitivity. These findings conclude that value-based learning plays a strategic role in enhancing students’ social sensitivity; therefore, it needs to be developed in a more integrated, reflective, and contextual manner in Social Studies learning at the higher education level.
2026-04-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Asmaul Husnah Amiruddin, Hasni Hasni, Nurazizah Rahmi, Sagita Ramadhana, Ulul Azmi Mustarihttps://ejurnal.methodist.ac.id/index.php/methoda/article/view/4715Kajian Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) pada Proyek Pembangunan Pabrik CPO Washing PT Multimas Nabati Asahan2026-03-23T22:18:40+07:00Tasya Auliatasyaauliaa685@gmail.comBetty Nopri Silitongasilitongabetty12@gmail.comWirdatun Nafiah Putriwirdatunnafiahputri@gmail.com
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a crucial aspect of construction, especially in projects such as the construction of the Crude Palm Oil (CPO) Washing plant at PT Multimas Nabati Asahan. This study aims to assess the implementation of OHSMS in the CPO Washing project at PT Multimas Nabati Asahan by identifying the level of compliance with OHS regulations, the effectiveness of safety procedures, and the factors influencing their implementation. The research method used is a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches through field observations, analysis of data collected from questionnaires distributed to workers, and interviews conducted by the OHS personnel. The results indicate that although most of the OHSMS standards have been implemented in accordance with Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012 and Ministerial Regulation No. 10 of 2021, there are still several aspects that need improvement, particularly in safety training and field supervision. The main factors affecting the implementation of OHSMS include workers' awareness, budget constraints, and compliance with the applicable regulations.
2026-04-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Tasya Aulia, Betty Nopri Silitonga, Wirdatun Nafiah Putrihttps://ejurnal.methodist.ac.id/index.php/methoda/article/view/5594Pengaruh Terciptanya Effective Leadership, Psychological Safety, Lack of Social Connection terhadap Job Retention di PTPN IV Regional 1 Medan2026-05-01T13:23:51+07:00Debie Merry Eunike Hutagalungdebiemerry15@gmail.comJunika Napitupulujunica.nptu@gmail.comJon Henri Purbajonhenripurba24@gmail.com
This study aims to analyze the influence of effective leadership, psychological safety, and lack of social connection on employee job retention at PTPN IV Regional I Medan. Grounded in Goffman's stigma theory, labeling theory (Becker, 1963), and Berger and Luckmann's social construction framework (1966), this study examines how stigma is produced, reproduced, and negotiated at three levels: family, school institutions, and the Bugis-Makassar cultural community. A total of 24 verified sources from 2016 to 2025 were analyzed using a thematic-interpretive method. Findings reveal that stigma against ABK is multidimensional, shaped by the dialectics of Siri' na Pacce cultural values where Siri' reinforces stigmatization while Pacce holds potential to deconstruct it alongside structural deficiencies in inclusive education institutions and weak social protection mechanisms in schools. The viral bullying case at SMPN 4 Makassar (2024) serves as an empirical reflection of this systemic failure. This study recommends a local wisdom-based inclusion model integrating Sipakatau and Pacce values as the ethical foundation for inclusive education policy in Makassar.
2026-04-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Nurazizah Rahmi R., Asmaul Husnah Amiruddin, M. The results of the study show that Mabbaca Unti not only functions as a ceremonial ritual but has also been integrated as a school culture that contains religious values, social solidarity, responsibility, and discipline. Theoretically, this tradition can be understood as a rite of passage that strengthens students' mental readiness as well as a mechanism for forming collective solidarity between the school, family, and community. The method used was a descriptive survey based on a 5-point Likert Scale questionnaire of 70 active students from various faculties. Crucial results revealed that 94% of students access SIAKAD via smartphones, but the findings show a significant gap between visual quality and technical performance. Basic UI aspects (readability and color) were rated "Good" (71-85%), but Mobile Responsiveness was a weak point, only in the "Sufficient/Poor" category (65%). The biggest disruption lies in the UX dimension, where Loading Speed and System Stability were rated "Poor" (52% and 48%, respectively), characterized by frequent short session timeouts and server errors. Furthermore, 3 main features (SKKM, Organization, Evados) were found to be non-functional, as well as defects in the business logic flow (failure of scholarship billing automation). One of the principal modifiable risk factors is an unhealthy dietary pattern. Balanced nutrition education based on the "Isi Piringku" principle represents a promotive strategy to improve nutrition literacy in the community. This activity aimed to enhance the knowledge and understanding of patients and their family members attending the Outpatient Clinic of Rokan Hulu Regional General Hospital regarding the principles of balanced nutrition and the application of the "Isi Piringku" concept in daily life. The education session was conducted on September 8, 2025, through a visual presentation using PowerPoint media explaining the "Isi Piringku" principle, followed by a discussion and question-and-answer session with healthcare personnel. Evaluation was carried out qualitatively through observation of participant engagement throughout the activity. The activity demonstrated active participant involvement during the discussion session, with various questions and responses reflecting interest in and comprehension of the material. The visual and interactive approach was considered capable of improving participants’ information retention.
