Student administrative services at the Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muslim Nusantara Al-Washliyah Medan were still delivered manually. This study develops and evaluates a prototype of a digital administrative service information system built on Google Sites and integrated with Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Google Drive. The prototype method was applied with a descriptive qualitative approach complemented by limited quantitative measurement. Evaluation combined expert validation by two validators, the System Usability Scale (SUS) completed by 27 purposively selected respondents, and a pre-test post-test comparison of service time covering four paired cases. The prototype was rated highly valid (99.2%) and practical, with a mean SUS score of 76.02 (SD 12.54) in the acceptable category and a Cronbach’s Alpha of 0.777. Mean service time fell from 22.00 to 4.25 hours, an indication of 80.7% time efficiency that should be read as exploratory given the very small, paired sample (n = 4). Based on an internal self-assessment referring to the national technology readiness guideline, the prototype corresponds to Technology Readiness Level 4, namely component and prototype validation in a simulated environment. The learnability dimension (49.50) remains the main weakness.
