This study examines the effect of profitability, leverage, and sustainability reporting on firm value in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2022–2024 period. A quantitative approach with a causal research design was employed to investigate the relationships among the proposed variables. The study utilized secondary data obtained from the companies' annual reports and sustainability reports. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 27 companies with a total of 81 firm-year observations. Panel data regression analysis was conducted using EViews 10 to test the proposed hypotheses. The empirical findings indicate that profitability has a significant negative effect on firm value, while leverage does not significantly influence firm value. In contrast, sustainability reporting demonstrates a positive and significant effect on firm value. Furthermore, the simultaneous test reveals that profitability, leverage, and sustainability reporting collectively have a significant effect on firm value. These findings suggest that sustainability reporting has become an important source of information that enhances investor confidence and contributes to increasing firm value. Conversely, leverage has not yet emerged as a primary consideration for investors when assessing mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
