Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze how technology readiness and perceived ease of use influence the decision to use QRIS as a digital payment through the perception of usefulness and benefits. The population in this study is the people who are QRIS users for digital payments. The sampling technique in this study used a nonprobability sampling technique, namely the purposive sampling method with a sample size of 138 respondents via Google Form. This study is quantitative, using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which is a technique used to analyze data with the help of AMOS software. The results showed that technological readiness had a significant positive effect on the decision to use, perceived ease of use had a positive but insignificant effect, and there were two hypotheses mediated by perceived usefulness with significant positive results.
